Since purchasing Carroll Realty
from the Carroll family, Kathryn has continued their tradition
of taking the time to provide personalized service to each
and every client. Kathryn has lived in the heart of downtown
Alpharetta on historic Canton Street since the 1970s. She
is involved in numerous civic, church, and business organizations
and is well known and respected throughout North Fulton. Kathryn
is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds many
real estate designations and certificates. Kathryn is a member
of the Million Dollar Club and is considered an expert in
land valuation, home sales, and commercial properties.

Wes received his real estate license in his teens and has
been helping folks buy and sell North Fulton properties
for over 22 years now. Wes graduated from the Georgia Tech
school of business, and immediately went on to earn his
Brokers license. Wes loves to represent clients looking
to buy or sell Downtown Alpharetta properties, and he is
an Alpharetta history buff. He is very knowledgeable about
variances and rezonings, the Design Review Board, building
permits, and land use matters; and he has established relationships
with many City Hall employees and elected officials. By
limiting his caseload to a handful of clients at any given
time, Wes provides personalized service beyond client expectations.
