Realty has complete sets of City Council and Planning
Commission minutes dating back to the 1960's. This research is performed
on a per hour basis, at $50 per hour.
Going before the city council and need a Citizen Participation Plan?
Carroll Realty can
provide complete 500' and 1,000' adjacent landowner lists with mailing
addresses, labels, and letters appropriate for your Special Use
Permit or Rezoning. We have done numerous plans for our clients
and also for hire (minimum fee of $1,500).
Need an ownership search
for your property? Carroll Realty
can take your property back to 1832, the year that all properties
north of the Chattohoochee River were given away in the fifth and
last State of Georgia Land Lottery. Do you just need to go back
to 1970? We charge just $5 per year, (minimum ten years) plus .25
per copy and $2 for plats, for complete grantor/grantee deed work,
with a complete set of documents just for you. We are not a title
abstract company, and the work we perform for you is for historical
and research purposes only.
